We are accredited by the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) to gold standard incorporating BS EN ISO 9001 (quality control systems), BS 7984 (keyholding and response services) and our staff are screened in accordance with BS 7858 and BS 7499 (code of practice for guarding).

We are regulated by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) as a government Approved Contractor under the ACS scheme. The Keyholding Company holds SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) status for the provision of Security Guarding and Keyholding services.

Pacesetters

We are a member of Pacesetters, a select group of leading independent security companies in the UK. The group consists of the top 15% of SIA-licensed companies ranked by the ACS benchmarking and achievement scoring system. We are in the top 5%.

SafeContractor

We are a member of the SafeContractor scheme, which assesses our health and safety credentials. Clients recognise the scheme for approved suppliers and accept the certification as confirmation of competency and good practice.

CHAS

As members of CHAS (The Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme) we, along with the other approved contractors in the UK, demonstrate our commitment to driving health and safety standards nationwide.

Climate Neutral Now

In 2020, we became signatories to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change’s (UNFCCC) initiative, Climate Neutral Now. The offset projects we support are monitored by Gold Standard, which ensures that carbon reduction projects are conforming to the highest levels of environmental integrity, and their climate action is measured by Certified Emission Reduction units (CERs) overseen by the United Nations.

Disability Confident

As accredited members of the government’s Disability Confident scheme, we are committed to supporting and employing disabled individuals from all walks of life. This journey includes challenging attitudes towards disability and providing reasonable adjustments for our disabled team members or those with long-term health conditions.

Cyber Essentials Plus

Cyber Essentials is an effective, Government-backed scheme that will help to protect an organisation, whatever its size, against a range of the most common cyber attacks.

ISO 9001:2015

The quality management standard of best business practice.

ISO 14001:2015

This international standard specifies requirements for an effective environmental management system (EMS). It provides a framework that an organisation can follow.

ISO 27001:2017

This is an international standard on how to manage information security. It details requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system (ISMS), the aim of which is to help organisations make the information assets they hold more secure.

ISO 45001:2018

This international standard specifies requirements for an effective health & safety system (H&S). This standard sets out the fundamental requirements for best practice.

BS 7984-1:2016

The code of practice for management, staffing and operation of organisations providing keyholding and response services.

BS 7858:2019

The code of practice for the security screening of staff. All our staff undergo criminal record checks, continuous employment checks, vetting and credit referencing and all operational staff hold SIA Front Line licences.

BS 10800:2020

The code of practice for an organisation providing security services.

BS 7984-3:2020

The code of practice for an organisation to manage the service provision of mobile patrolling and how it responds to an event.

BS 7499:2020

The code of practice for an organisation providing security guarding services on a static site.

ESPO Security Services Framework (347)

The Security Services framework (347) helps public sector organisations find trusted and accredited security partners quickly and easily. Our placement on the framework is recognition of our ability to deliver high-quality site-related security across the public sector.

CCS Low Value Purchase System (LVPS)

The LVPS provides public sector organisations with a trusted souce of low cost suppliers for small volume, low complexity requirements. Our placement on the framework ensures we are fully compliant with public contract regulations and streamlines the procurement process.

CPU 4236 (NCC/MDC) Corporate Security Services Framework for Nottingham City Council

CPU 4236 (NCC/MDC) Corporate Security Services Framework for Nottingham City Council in collaboration with Mansfield District Council is an established framework agreement to meet the authorities’ varied security services requirements. We are proud to have been awarded Lots for Manned Guarding, Event Security and Alarm, Key Holding and Response.
